How Linked-360 Started

It started with a belief that most sales and marketing advice gets completely wrong. In B2B you cannot sell your way to consistent revenue. Trust buys. Selling pushes people away.

People do not buy from strangers. They do not respond to pitches. They buy from people they already trust — people whose expertise they have seen, whose thinking they respect, whose work speaks for itself before the first conversation begins.

I built Linked-360 around that belief. And then I kept seeing a pattern in founder-led B2B businesses that confirmed it. They were not failing because of weak work or bad intent. They were not failing because they lacked credibility or relationships.

They were struggling because their trust assets were disconnected.

Podcasts that created genuine conversations but never carried them forward. Newsletters with engaged readers but no follow up path. Case studies that proved real results but never entered live sales conversations. CRMs that were full of warm contacts that had gone quiet.

These founders had spent years building trust. They just had no system to carry it forward. That observation became Linked-360. Not a LinkedIn agency. Not a cold outreach tool. Not a content production service.

What That Looks Like in Practice

The clearest example is a founder I have worked with for five years in the wastewater and infrastructure space.

When we started she had a podcast, a strong LinkedIn presence and 20 years of industry relationships. What she did not have was a consistent pipeline.

We built the structure. Activated her network. Created a follow up system around her podcast guests. Connected her newsletter to her LinkedIn connections. Built a CRM rhythm that kept every warm relationship moving forward.

How It Work

I work personally with every client. This is not an agency with junior staff running campaigns. Every strategy, every sequence, every piece of copy is built by me with full knowledge of your business, your relationships and your goals.

I work remotely with US founders and maintain an active working partnership in Arizona. Most client work happens over Zoom so geography has never been a barrier.
